Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is established at USD 500. This means that any order must meet or exceed this value to be processed. Additionally, we require a minimum purchase of one full carton per item selected. This helps us ensure efficient packaging and delivery for your orders.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Take advantage of our free shipping offer for orders surpassing USD 1,500 in total value. When your order reaches or exceeds USD 1,500, you'll qualify for complimentary shipping, making your shopping experience even more rewarding.
- Shipping Fees for Orders Under USD 1,500: For orders that do not meet the USD 1,500 threshold for free shipping, a shipping fee will be applied.The shipping fee will amount to 15% of the order's total value.

- Order Processing and Dispatch:After successful payment, your ordered items will be dispatched within 5-7 business days. Please note that during periods of high order volume, there might be slight delays in shipment processing.
- Shipping Locations:Our shipping services are currently available only within the contiguous United States. We apologize, but we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations.
- Delivery Timeframe:Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in CA. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your items within 5-8 business days after shipment.
- Shipping Methods:We utilize trusted shipping partners, including FedEx and private courier services, to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.
- Address Changes and Order Cancellations:Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address or accommodate order cancellations. Make sure to review your order information carefully before completing your purchase.
- Quality Concerns:If you experience any issues with the quality of your received items or encounter shipping-related concerns, please provide photographic evidence and get in touch with us through email. Our customer support team is dedicated to helping you resolve these matters promptly and efficiently.
- Tracking Your Order:Once your order is shipped, you can easily track its progress by visiting your Order History. Please be aware that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated by the carrier. If you don't see immediate tracking information, don't worry; it's likely being processed.
